Player’s Participation Criteria

By enrolling or participating in the PCL Eleven 11 League (“League”), all players expressly acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following eligibility criteria:

1. Eligibility Based on Age and Cricketing Background

• A player must have attained the age of 23 years or more and shall have ceased participation in professional cricket for at least 3 years prior to the League’s commencement.
• For Elite Category only, A maximum of 2 players per team aged 18+ years may participate, subject to League approval.

2. Mix-Corporate Category Eligibility

• Players competing in the Mix-Corporate Category must provide proof of an active Provident Fund (PF) account as evidence of full-time employment.
• Any corporate employee whose employer does not have an active Provident Fund (PF) number must provide a written employment engagement letter from the company. The employer must have an operational corporate website, and the employee must possess a corporate email ID matching the company’s domain. Participation shall be subject to prior written approval from the League, obtained via email.
• Individuals aged 35 years and above who are employed or self-employed, and who possess valid documentation of such employment or business activity, and do not maintain a Provident Fund (PF) account, shall be eligible to participate, subject to prior written approval from the League obtained via email.

3. Dual Category Participation

• Only Mix-Corporate category players may participate in both the Elite and Mix-Corporate categories if deemed eligible.

4. Disqualification Due to Recent Professional Involvement

Players shall be ineligible if they have participated, from 01 April 2022 onward, in the following:

• Any BCCI, ICC, international recognized matches or events
• Ranji Trophy
• Col. C.K. Nayudu U-23
• Cooch Behar Trophy
• Duleep Trophy
• Irani Cup
• Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy
• Vijay Hazare Trophy
• Men’s U-23 State A Trophy
• Vizzy Trophy
• Col. C.K. Nayudu Trophy Winners vs ROI

5. Players Under Ban or Suspension

• Any player who is currently banned, suspended, or otherwise barred from any Local, State, National, or International match is ineligible to participate.

Non-compliance with the above criteria shall lead to disqualification and possible penalties as determined by the League Disciplinary Committee.

Consent

By participating in any league organized by Pro Cricket League Pvt. Ltd., players consent to abide by this players participation criteria for the League.
